AC1750 WiFi Router (R6350) won’t set up

So, there was a tornado that hit my area and all the power went out but eventually came back on. Everything was working but was super slow so I decided to go into the app and see what was happening. I did a speed test and it came back like it usually would. I was about to close that app but it said that Nighthawk could be updated so I updated it. After it finished it was still slow so I went to my internet provider’s modem and unplugged it to restart the internet. I plugged it back in and now my Nighthawk will not connect. I removed it from my network to reset it completely and now when I get to the steps where it asks me to connect to the “NETGEAR***” it says “Unable to Connect” and I’ve done it step by step. I tried manually setting it up everything. The only thing showing on the Netgear router is the power button flashing. I’ve unplugged it, restarted it, unplugged the Ethernet and replugged it. Nothing is working. The internet providers modem and wifi is working fine though

    What actual modem/gateway is it?

It if has wifi built in, it has an integrated router. it causes a double nat

    https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

    Options? (only use 1)

    1. put your modem/gateway in passthrough/modem only mode.

    2. put the netgears IP address into the gateways dmz

    3. put the netgear in access point mode.

So, how do I fix that? I watched a YT video and when I’m in the tftp2 it says “unable to get a response from the server”

First, I'd recommend using the command-line TFTP client program which
came with your (unspecified) computer OS, rather than any third-party
        program.

Second, the TFTP recovery scheme is a multi-step procedure which
offers multiple opportunities for user input, hence user error.  By
itself, an error message doesn't say much.  As usual, showing actual
actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED
indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.  Especially when using a command-line program,
        copy+paste is your friend.
