AC1900 Nighthawk- Ethernet Ports not working

Wifi works great but when I connect to desktop via Ethernet port 1-4 there is no connection. No lights on the AC1900 or at the port plug in. 

 

Any suggestions? Already did a factory reset.

    Try to connect a different device to the router.

    Use a different ethernet cable.

    Sounds dead. Is this a new box?

     

    By the way, AC1900 is not a Netgear model number, just a wifi speed indicator.
