Block Schedule is out of Sync with NTP Clock

When I schedule a block for 12:01 am to 6 am, the router starts blocking at 7 pm. This feature used to work. My firmware is up to date with the latest. Did a firmware update cause the problem?

 

The time shown in the advanced administrator section under NPT settings shows the correct, local time.

 

Please advise with a fix or debugging help.

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

      I'm not sure. Is a factory reset recommended? Wouldn't that install an earlier firmware version?
