BT sport & extra channels not working with R7000 AC1900
Switched from BTHome Hub3 to R7000 AC1900.
Everything is working very well, except BT Sport & extra channels which are not working.
Connection set up:
wall socket > BT openreach modem > router > BT vision+ box > TV
Is there a fix for this please?
Thank you
Problem solved with suggestion 1 in combination with a router firmware update which now offers an additional tick box in the WAN Setup "Support BT IGMP Proxying".
Solution
Click on "Advanced"->"Setup"->"WAN Setup"
Deselect "Disable IGMP Proxying"Tick "Support British Telecom[BT} IGMP Proxying"
Click "Apply"Thank you for pointing me in the right direction :o)

On the router go to Select ADVANCED > Setup > WAN Setup and uncheck Disable IGMP Proxying then Apply. You may have to reboot the router.

Ah, what a shame this has not worked!
I have changed the setting and rebooted the router and I still receive error messages "that there
is not a suitable device connected to view BT sport & extra channels" and "Broadband interruptions are affecting your viewing (VMC 011) and the BT sport and extra channels are not working.Any other suggestions?
Thank you
You can try setting up a bridge group to bypass NAT for your BT vision box. Follow the instructions for Enable the bridge on page 42 of the manual.
Otherwise, see if the following threads on bt.com provide any clues.
