Can’t find the router
I can’t find the router in my wifi list anymore after I power off/power on my AX4300. What to do?

What router do you have? AX4300 is a speed.
What modem is it connected to?
What firmware is it running?
What are the wifi led's on the router showing?
Did the wifi on/off button get hit? push and hold it for 2 seconds

Thanks for your reply. I reset it. It works now. Just so strange, the wifi disappeared suddenly. Before I reset my rounter, I saw a very strong new wifi in other names appeared in my wifi list. But my passport didn't work. Was my wifi been hacked at that time?

First try to restart the router and your network.
- Turn off and unplug modem (if there is one).
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
