cannot access to login page 192.168.1.1
from today afternoon the network crashed and the router was nomore connected to internet.I did a factory reset. The router is connected to web;but i cannot get the acces to the login page to change setting.
Under windows 10 i can see that the router adress is 192.168.1.1.however when i use this adress;that give a page of "routerlogin" that ask me to get an wifi mobile device connected that i don't have.
I cannot get the login page of the router even after several clearing of cache,on google chrome, firefox or microsoft edge.
No way to connect to router page.

Whats your gateway/modem?
If you have a double nat it could cause issues.
Unhook it from your modem/gateway, reboot the mode, then try to access it

Is that accurate? Not an R6700v2 or R6700v3? Look for "Model" on
the product label. Firmware version? Connected to what?> Under windows 10 i can see that the router adress is 192.168.1.1.

default gateway and the DNS server(s)?> grab_028.jpg
That's normally caused by a DNS problem, although lame firmware can
make it harder to overcome. You might try disconnecting the R6700[vX] WAN/Internet port from
everything, and see if that address ("192.168.1.1") works any better.
