Does anyone know the phone number for support?
I just purchased and registered two Netgear products. Having difficulties with the AC2400 Smart WiFi Router and was led to believe I had 90 days of free phone support, but I can't find that phone number (or a link) ANYWHERE. Can anyone help with providing the number?

You get the support contact information on my.netgear.com - go to My Support -> [Contact Support] -> select your product ...

I followed instructions given, and I get to a blank screen. Left navigation bar is still there, but blank screen in the right navigation bar. I am using iOS operating system; could these screens be non-compliant with Apple Operating Systems?

Not a regular iPhone user here, please advise Netgear ChristineT - not the first similar complaint, can't be Netgear is unable to maintain a support environment that simply works for any industry standards compliant Web browser.

To the best of my knowledge, there is NO direct Free Support phone number. You have to use SUPPORT, login or Register, and then MY SUPPORT and then CONTACT SUPPORT. Then select "Get help on my Netgear product". That will OPEN a CASE for you to fill in. Once it gets to Support they will either work with you via e-mail and that page or call you.
If you do Google for Netgear support numbers ALL you will find are 3rd party PAID support.

and call them at your peril.
People turn up here shouting about being ripped off by Netgear support, when no such thing has happened.
They just rang a number they found on Google and lived to regret it later.
