"can't" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
    descriptions or interpretations.

Presumably, ExpressVPN came with some helpful documentation.  Are you
    following any actual instructions?

Presumably, the ExpressVPN documentation covers that, too.

@antinode thank you for being so nice and requesting deeper information about my problem. Can´t means that router webpage interface is not opening, no answering, tried on Mozilla, Chrome and Safari. Routerlogin.net is not responding, 10.0.0.1 is not responding.

Yes, I spoke with expressVPN support and they said that I´ll not be able to acccess my original router interface after I upload expressVPN FW. It didn´t say before uploading, I would think twice or do adjustment that I need.

You are wrong, they are not covering this, because NetGear is not their brand, but sure that you know about it from NetGear documentation.

Being polite and helpfull is rewarding!

Best regards and still looking for help and advice

Did you try "www.expressvpnrouter.com", as the ExpressVPN
        documentation directs?

        > [...] 10.0.0.1 is not responding.

What led to expect the R7000/ExpressVPN to respond at that address?

To what is your R7000/ExpressVPN connected?  Some kind of modem or
        other?

        > [...] they said that I'll not be able to acccess my original router

Right.  After installing the ExpressVPN firmware, you'd be acccessing
the ExpressVPN interface, not the original Netgear interface.  (Perhaps
        at a different IP address.)

It's a safe bet that one of us is wrong about that.

The hardware is from Netgear, but the ExpressVPN firmware is from
ExpressVPN, and you're dealing primarily with the firmware (whichever is
        loaded at the moment).

With the exception of its gaming routers, which run DumaOS, Netgear does not support third party firmware. So you won't find many experts in ExpressVPN here.

You also lose any official support of you use third party firmware.

If you do want to see if this issue has come up here before, here is a good place to start:

Search - NETGEAR Communities – ExpressVPN

    Maybe you tried that.

Whoever produced the firmware you use may have a community like this where you can get help.

Finally, you may be able to use something like TFTP to force the official firmware on to your R7000.
