Firm Ware update for N300
I need to update firmware. I cannot do it now with netgear genie. I found that my ISP must perform the update. Just wanted to confirm before I contact them. Am I correct? Is there anything I need to be aware of before I contact them?

You have the wnr2000v5?
If so, the isp doesn't update it, you do.you can get the firmware and the manual that goes over a manual update here:

Don't take this the wrong way but if you truly have a wnr2000v5, its more expensive to buy support than it is to buy a new one.
Its pretty easy to update the firmware.
