How to request an RMA if you can't get technical support?
I have a AC1600/C6250 Wifi cable model router. It was purchased last July, so it still has warranty time, but no support time. Since the requirement for an RMA seems to be to call technical support (so they can make a determination on the device) but I no longer qualify for support, how can I ask for an RMA?
Thanks,
LeoB
when you call support, if you're sure its a hardware failure you can request support and ask them to refund it if its a hardware failure.
Or you can try on here first to see if its truly a hardware failure or if its a settings/line issue.
