I'm using a Netgear R7000

I'm using a Netgear R7000. Genie v2.4.62 will not let me change the iPhone name that I previously entered from the web administration interface, nor does it show the name that was entered on the iPhone. How can I fix this to show one of the two new names?

    Genie app is an old app that isn't supported anymore.

    Try using the Nighthawk app with the R7000.

     

    Check with Apple on how to rename there devices.
