Just bought a nighthawk x6 r8000 and can't get it to install
I hooked it up lick the quick start manual said. Powered up like it said. The genie setup started then went no where. So I finally told it I would setup myself. Now it won't take the user name and pas...
had to call tech support. they had me go into the manual setup, and change the Mac setting too use my computers mac and restart the modem and router. worked like a charm.
Can't find a phone number for them.
