Hi , i recently bought a night hawk however i can not login into the router, tried www.routerlogin.net/com, and by mentioned IP adress but no results. please advice, i have read Q&A but this was not helpfull.

thank your for your help, however suggestions did not work,also the genie app is not able to connect i have decided to bring my router back to the shop and aks for refunding.
