Missed 5Ghz channel all of a sudden for R6700V3

I suddenly am no longer able to see my 5Ghz channel in my list When I initially set it up I had 2.4Ghz and a 5Ggz channels.

It had been running fine since I got it (a little bit more than a year), then all of a sudden it's missing.

I can see the 5Ghz light on the router and the router dashboard also looks ok to me.

 

I tried restarting the router to factory setting but it didn't solve the issue.

And there's no "Enable smart connect" that will merge 2.4 and 5 together so I highly doubt the issue.

 

I'm not sure what else I can try.

    1. what version of firmware are you on? 

    2. have tried multiple devices? 

    3. have you named your 5ghz something separate from the 2.4ghz?

    4. Have you tried using a wifi scanner to check it and not just the built in utility?

      Yes, I have tried it on multiple devices

      Yes, I have named it separately.

       

      4. Have you tried using a wifi scanner to check it and not just the built in utility? 

      I tried using a wifi scanner both laptop and phone and it's not showing up too.

        have you tried changing the 5ghz channel? 

        Or trying a factory reset? (not reboot, but a full reset)
