Netgear D7000v2 Setup

Hi there,

I followed this - https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-To-The-Premises-trial/Netgear-Nighthawk-D7000-V2-VDSL-Set-Up-Ins...
And also used the Netgear Genie 'autosetup' but just can't seem to get the internet to work, it provides the SSID's but no internet 'internet not available'.
I've got the DSL line going straight into the back of the Netgear D7000v2 router DSL port and the lights are glowing white, no orange lights.

I've got FTTC so connecting via DSL port and set to 'Must use DSL WAN' in the WAN Setup > WAN Preference. Set as VLAN 101 as from the Internet Setup as well.

I'm using the DSL email address which we was given on the bottom of the letter from Plusnet which I've put into the field for the ISP details
*******@plusdsl.net and password

I can see on Plusnet forums that others have this router setup so it's not like they don't allow this router. I contatced Plusnet Technicial Support and it's showing the router is active and responding their end as well.

Any suggestions will be appreciated, thank you

An example of a non-DSL connection?  I wouldn't bet on its details
being appropriate.  Have you asked your ISP about them?  The ISP might
also be able to discern what's going wrong.

White DSL and Internet suggest many correct parameters; I'd worry
    about the VLAN-related stuff.

All this tells us is that you have problems connecting some unnamed devices to the wifi from your D7000v2. That "internet not available" message may have nothing to do with your modem/router and how it is set up.

We do  not know if you can connect a wired device to one of the router's Ethernet ports. That would conform the state of your Internet connection.

I assume that this is where you found the settings for your service:

How to connect your broadband | Help & Support - Plusnet

    Did you try this?

    Search - NETGEAR Communities – D7000v2 Plusnet

Finally, you have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)

Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:

That's not what it tells _me_.  When did you last see a message like
"internet not available" from a device which was _not_ connected to a
      router/WAP?  Hint:

How, exactly, do you believe that that was done?

Could have fixed whatever messed up configuration was in there.
