Netgear nighthawk r7000 - Firewall blocking macincloud
I downloaded macincloud, but it is not working on my system. Their support asked me to check my network firewall, but their is no firewall option for Netgear nighthawk r7000. Anyone know how to acess the firewall to see if its the problem.

I'm afraid "not working" isn't much help in diagnosing problems.
You really need to ask the people behind "macincloud", whatever that is, but if it has anything to do with your Netgear router. tell people what the symptoms are – error messages and the like – and they may have some ideas. What are you doing ans where does it go wrong?
When I open macincloud it is stuck on a screen saying connecting to desktop, configuring remote PC. When I emailed their support, they said it might be an issue with my network firewall, but I don't know how to accesses that.
macincloud is suppose to connect my windows computer to a remote mac pc, so i can use software exclusive to mac.

As microchip8 has explained, you can't get at the router's firewall. But tech people often as used that as a "I don't know what is happening so let's pass the buck" response.
Windows PCs certainly have a built in firewall.
I cant tell if this download is supposed to run on a Windows PC or something Mac.
It doesn't seem like the issue is with your Netgear router.
Try putting the devices that you have this app on in the routers DMZ temporarily to see if it can get thru.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Ask the mfr of this app if there is any port forward configurations needed for this app.
