Netgear r9000 will not retain configuration

Question

I have an R9000 that will not retain configuration if powered off.&nbsp; For example, if the electricity cuts, when I am unable to connect to the wifi, and I try to log into the gui, it's completely reset and awaiting config, security question selection and all - the Out of Box Experience is presented all anew.&nbsp; &nbsp; It will retain config so long as it remains powered but loses it every time once power is disconnected.&nbsp; Any tips are appreciated.&nbsp;&nbsp;

what firmware version are you on?

Thanks for your reply.&nbsp;Router Firmware VersionV1.0.3.6&nbsp;I have tried to change version without success.&nbsp; It still manifests the same problem of not retaining configuration.

How are you updating FW?&nbsp;

Your using older FW. Maybe new FW will fix this...
