    No much to go on.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Are you wire or wirelessly speed testing?

What devices are you using to test with?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for Smart WiFi Router products:

Has a full factory reset and setup from scratch been performed while powering OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute then back ON?

No worries, will ask to have this moved.
