I would like the beta FW version that fixes the IP address reservation issue.
Getting old fixing the port forwarding IP after every reboot.

Others with the R8000 router have an alternative to the Netgear firmware, they can use DD-WRT as the router is compatible… unfortunately myself by having the R7960p cannot flash the custom firmware… 😞Any update after this for R8000P. V1.4.4.95_22.10.25

I am unable to do ANYTHING with DHCP (as I see everyone else is having these exact same issues), more specifically whenever I try to create a reservation, or modify the details of detected devices I receive "invalid mac address" and I have to log back in again as the browser (Chrome on Win 10) then shows the stupid sad face and rain cloud (I cannot begin to communicate how frustrating finding all of these faults has been and continues to be). I am not a beta tester, if I were I'd be getting paid but instead, as a customer (for now) I rely on the manufacturer to have thoroughly and rigorously tested their own products including published firmware updates before sending to market .... at least for everyone but Netgear anyway, aparently.
I also have problems with readyshare DLNA media server settings (not a deal breaker, I was just looking at what it could do since the hardware looked like it should be able to handle the additional workload. Im now thinking I should stick with purpose built devices instead. All-in-one type devices always seem to perform exceptionally poorly.) Never-the-less if you have updated FW that addresses some or even just one of the many short-comings this version of the R8000P AC4000 FW brings along with it, I would be very apreciative.

thanks!The BETA seems to have a bug. Dynamic QOS is not working. All device always gets low priority by default and Internet download and upload speed device wise is always 0 even if it is consuming data consistantly.
