Nighthawk 6900 Internet light not on

You didn't really give us much to go off.
What modem do you have?
What firmware is on the router?
Is this a new purchase? Did it work before? What changed?
What have you done to try to fix the problem?
we aren't there to see what your setup is or whats going on so you need to help us to help you with details and specifics.

There's also a r6900, R6900p, C6900 (combo device). Seeing as how you only put 6900, tough to say which you have or whats going on. Again, details.

- Sorry! Modem with Cox. I’ve had it for a little over a year now. It was working well before and the firmware is at V1.0.2.8_10.0.38. I e tried rebooting both modem 1st waited around 10mins then turned on the Router. Recycling it I guess that was what it was called. Changing Ethernet cord. But all these to no avail.
- It’s a R6900 Router
All is good now. Other than the power outages we had with COX that a thing on my router, but all isworking well now. Thankyou so much.
