Nighthawk App (formerly up) not working

Downloaded the Nighthawk App, does not allow to log in. I enter the utilities username and password, switches over like it’s going to do something then kicks me back to login screen. Genie App does work. What’s the trick? I already tried the recommended solution from the Netgear website. Anything else I should try?

    What are you using? Should be the same USERID and PASSWORD used for Genie and a Browser. NightHawk doesn't have its own set.
