Nighthawk r7350 Timing Out Alexa from Yamaha Soundbar
Firmware version 1.2.0.88 using app on Iphone XR 16.2
I have a Yamaha YAS 209 that uses Alexa. Ever since installing my Nighthawk Router, the Alexa feature on the Yamaha app always times out before allowing access. I have reached out to Yamaha on several occasions, and they even sent me a replacement sound bar. Same results. I took the soundbar to a different network that uses the same modem, but doesn't use a Nighthawk router, and it connected to Alexa right away. Yamaha is telling me that something in the Nighthawk router is preventing the connection to Alexa/Amazon. I have reset the entire network multiple times, and even reset the router to factory settings. Any suggestions as to a possible solution would be greatly appreciated.

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Are you making sure your phone you're using for the setup is connected to the R7350's 2.4ghz network?
- It is a Spectrum DOCSIS modem, and yes to the 2.4. The soundbar will only operate on 2.4.
What spectrum modem is it?
Did you manage to get it setup but its timing out while using it?
Or timing out during setup?Is ipv6 enabled?
