Nighthawk x4 r7500v2 ethernet speed very slow

I have a c1100 cable modem. Also a r7500v2 nighthawk x4 router. 200/10mbps service from spectrum. Wifi 5g i pull over 200mbps. Perfect. However I only get 10-20mbps with ethernet. Tried on amazon fire cube and also my hp laptop. Similar slow ethernet. Tried different cables, cat5e, cat 6, and even cat 8 from modem to router, then to devices. No change in ethernet. Router firmware says fully updated. Qos off. Power cycled everything repeatedly. Even reset router three different times. Still no change. Spectrum verified things were good on their end and reset my connection. Still no change in ethernet speed. Wifi is perfect. Ethernet I only get 10% average available speed on multiple devices. I know these devices are 100/10 max ethernet, but I shouldn’t only be getting 10% of these speeds. Any advice greatly appreciated

Which firmware version are you on?

If you hardwire into the modem, what speeds do you get?

    Any other devices to try?

How are you testing the speeds?

Firmware v1.0.3.48 , also tried rolling back 2 previous versions with no change in speed, so reset router and did manual update to latest v1.0.3.48
Hardwire to modem pulls 130/17 ( it’s 100/10 port) so modem appears to be working great
Trying on fire tv cube and laptop, also wifes laptop. No change in speeds
Using speedtest.net on laptops, also tried google speedtest. On cube im using analiti

Just to add, ive also tried every lan port on my router with no change in speed. Traffic meter and qos both off. No other ethernet cables hooked to my router besides wan from modem and my cable from router to laptop ( both functioning cat 8). Tested both cables from modem to laptop, each getting 110/17mbps. Not sure what else i can try at this point. Not willing to pay netgear $150 to tell me the router is defective.
