R6230 Slow Wireless Speed (Download at half speed and Upload at a third the speed)
Current Router Firmware Version: V1.1.0.104_1.0.1 (this is the newest version)
I have Verizon Fios and my speeds at 300/300 Mbps (download/upload). I have tested the speed by direct connecting to the device and I get those speeds. When I run a speed test on different devices for Wireless I get between 150 to 200 Mbps for download and 85 to 100 Mbps for upload speed.
I have power cycled the device, factory reset the device, tried an older version of the firmware and nothing has helped. I have also changed the channel on both the 2.4G & 5G wireless network. I have also disabled the 20/40 MHz Coexistence option as well.
Spoke to Netgear customer support and said that my device is almost a year old and would have to pay for support and was told to contact Verizon for help (but I am getting my guaranteed speed so the issue is the wireless router). Was told to do all the steps I already tried listed above. And one person said my "CONFIGURATION" is not correct and to ask the NETGEAR COMMUNITY to help me with this. I don't know what else to do and need some help.
Can someone please help me figure out what to do so that I am getting better speeds with my wireless connection?

What verizon gateway do you have?
What device are you speedtesting with?
What speeds do you get hardwired into the router? Not wireless
Many things impact wireless from the home you're in, the device you're resting on, the interference in the area, etc. And you should have realistic expectations of what a AC1200 router can do. Here's testing under optimal conditions:

What verizon gateway do you have? ONT I-211M-L
What device are you speedtesting with? Macbook Pro & iPad Pro (both wireless) & AppleTV 4K (wired)
What speeds do you get hardwired into the router? Using the Speedtest app on AppleTV 4K I get 300/300

so the router is getting the full speeds and you're able to get them hardwired.
You might be running into the limitations of that router. Its a base model AC1200 router. Not exactly the fastest router our there.
You can try optimizing it a bit.
1. make sure your speedtesting on 5ghz.
2. do a channel scan to ensure you're on the least congested wifi channels
3. optimum placement. Centrally locate the router for best coverage.
4. disable parental controls, traffic monitoring, access control, and qos and then reboot the router. These can slow down base model routers.

The manual walks you through disabling those services.

In terms of the scanning, you can use something line inssider or acrylic wifi scanner. I use them frequently

I checked all the settings and all the things you said to disable are already off.
