R6700v3 not showing all attached devices

My R6700v3 doesn't show all devices under "Attached Devices" that have been given a DHCP lease and are actively online.

Firmware version is V1.0.4.120_10.0.91.

Others have reported similar issues in threads I cannot reply to or bump: 1 2 3 4

Some have suggested and reported that rolling back firmware fixes this problem, but that's not actually a solution.

I'm creating this thread to see if others are indeed still seeing this problem before I contact Netgear support, and to have some more reports of it happening available for when I do.

You may not get much response with a vague comment like that.

You can look for "Attached Devices" in various places. Where are you looking? App? Browser? Genie?

Possibly because some of those messages are more than year, and several firmware versions, ago.

I have the same happening on my R6700v3 router.

In the browser, when i look at the basic landing page, it shows me the correct amount of connected devices.

When i click to see all attached devices it only shows a few.

When i  go to Access control i can see all connected devices there correctly.

But in access control you can't change the IP address or the logo for the device. So it's still useful to see the correct amount of devices on the Attached Devices page

Not sure about the Firmware version of my Router, I'm not at home at the moment, but it's the latest version for sure. I did a check in the brower and it says i'm on the latest one

I also have the same problem on my R6700v3 router running firmware V1.0.4.120_10.0.91.

I access the router webpage through the browser by logging into the router at address 192.168.1.1. On the main splash page, the "Attached Devices" panel shows "Number of devices: 16". When I click on the link for the "Attached Devices" on the left bar OR when I click on that dashboard panel stating 16 devices connected, I am brought to the "Attached Devices" page which only lists 2 devices.

  • I have the same problem with R6700v3 and latest FW: V1.0.5.128_10.0.104

Nobody know how to solve this issue?

For more information on admin web page -> Access Control I can see 12 devices connected however using the same admin web pages -> Attached Devices I see on 3 devices which corresponds to the Android Netgear App.
