R7000 can't find SSID to connect

I've tried resetting the router multiple times. I've clicked the wifi button. I don't have access to a computer with ethernet right now.

Not sure what you are saying when you "clicked the Wi-Fi button"?

Check the LEDs across the top of the router.  The second one in from the right side is a combination indicator/switch.  Press and hold for a couple of seconds and the Wi-Fi should come on after you release.

That's what I meant. I pressed that button for two seconds.

The 2.4GHz and 5GHz indicator lights are on.

I've reset the router doing a 30-seconds holding the reset button while powered on, 30 seconds continued holding while off, and 30 seconds while plugging the power back in.

And I also did a simple 7 second reset. It's gone through rebooting.

Is the LED that is part of that button illuminated before or after?
