You didn't really give us much to go off or even describe the problem very well.

    1. what firmware is on the router?

    2. what modem/gateway is it connected to?

    3. You put  the network doesn't show up on your devices. Do you mean the wireless isn't broadcasting? Does wired work? What exactly do you mean by this? Details are key to helping us to help you. Go into detail in describing whats exactly going on as well as what you've tried other than rebooting.

Also, if its the wireless not broadcasting, check to see if the wifi on/off button got hit. Push and hold it for 2 seconds.

Not sure about the firmware. The modem is Arris TM1602. It appears that the router is not broadcasting. Wired does work. When trying to select a WiFi network on my phone, it does not show up. There are other networks showing up from neighbors

        Is the wifi led's on?

Did you try pushing the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds?

  • HTW2020  As plemans  has already enquired, you've given literally nothing to go on about your router settings/firmware, who your ISP is, your environmental conditions etc. How are you connecting your devices to the network, wirelessly or via ethernet?

Absolutely no sarcasm intended, but have you studied your product manual?

People do want to help, but you have to give a bit more information to help others help you.

HTW2020  Have you downloaded the Nighthawk App onto your phone? Have you tried connecting to your router via a browser GUI? These things will help give you some info on your system.

The Nighthawk App will also show at a glance in settings what firmware you are on.
