R7000 Stops Working
My R7000 has recently stopped working randomly in the day. It is progressively getting more frequent and affects both wireless and wired devices. It has been about once a week, then once a day, now it requires it once every hour or so. It’s convenient that this occurs with the time that netgear stops their customer support. Any help would be appreciated.

1. do you have the R7000? or the R7000P? you put on in the title/description and another in the signature.
2. what firmware is on it? (don't say the latest)

1) it is the R7000
2) Current firmware is V1.0.11.106_10.2.100
3) It’s attached to Netgear CM1000 modem.
Thanks for the help.Try manually installing the latest 1.0.11.123 version.
Then do a factory reset and a reinstall.
