R7000 Webex Issue

I can no longer connect to  Webex sessions via my router. It doesnt matter if I use wifi or wired same issue.

Also if my phone is using wifi it will not connect either. I get a timeout error for taking to long to connect. If I turn off my phone wifi it will connect to Webex using cellular. Webex has a test site and my router is not letting me get to it either.

Any Ideas !

    What happenes when you try?

What tells you that it is the router that is getting in the way?

Any error messages? Prompts? In what?

      Thats for the reply.

      I got it fixed !

First I connected to the Cable Modem directly and all was fine.

That put me back to it being a router issue.

I started turning off optional items in router.

When I turned off Qos ... My wired and wireless devices were able to connect to the webex test site without timing out or giving me unable to connect to server messages. .

      Not sure why ???

I just want to post an update on this issue.

It turns out that my issues returned. Not just with a particular website but other websites as well.

I read the Netgear message Boards and found that if you Clone the Mac address it will fix this issue.

Its hard to believe but it fixed the issue instantly. I need to mention you should reboot your Cable Moden and Router after the change.

I am not sure why this issue just popped up on a 2 + year old router.  Probably has something to do with Comcast !
