R7000 won't connect to Brother MFC9840CDW printer
I have been unsuccessful connecting my Brother MFC9840CDW to the Netgear. It will show the router on the printer screen, I put in the password in but the printer will not connect to the router. The printer just reads 72. WLAN "Connecting WLAN" and nothing else.
Hi FL2TN,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?2. Try changing the security option of your 2.4Ghz from AES to TKIP.

Did you try the WPS feature

Yes and I would just get "connecting NG"

Make sure you have latest driver, firmware for the printer. Also give the printer a fixed ip address. As already mentioned try using WPS method.
