My router was reset and now I have no internet or access. This is hour 14 I’m working on it with no solution. Someone I spent over an hour saying they were NG and taking credit card for $120 was useless. Please help

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. Is the Internet LED on the router WHITE or AMBER?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Let me guess, you called a number that came up in a Google search. (Google is happy to sell ad space to any crook that pays up.) This is rarely anything to do with Netgear.
Netgear warns about these scams.
How do I identify an official NETGEAR website or social media account? - NETGEAR Support
If you have problems getting something to work, and you are within the 90 days for free support, contact Netgear through the official channels:
Contact Us | Support | NETGEAR
First you have to register your device to confirm that it is eligible for free support.
MyNETGEAR | Product Registration
Start a case and, with luck, they will contact you.
After 90 days, there is also the paid-for channel (see above).
Or you can try to sort out problems here. It costs nothing.
Many issues are pretty straightforward. A search in this community may throw up something helpful.
