R7100LG GSM Modul defekt?

Hi,

i get no more mobile connection with SIM card. SIM card is working in other modems. 

I take the router in factory reset but no result.

Because it dont works i make a firmwareupgrade to V1.0.0.64 and while that he say he cant upgrade LTE modul.

And if i start the router

- with SIM(without PIN verification) the page hang on site "detecting mobile settings"

 

- without SIM the "mobile broadband settings" are grey and i cant setup it

    Have you tried to revert the firmware to see if those settings start working again?

      Hi DarranM,

      Thank you for feedback and info.

      I test it with the old firmware downgrade to V1.0.0.52 and same Error message while downgrade:

      LTE MODEM UPGRADE FAILED

      After reboot same situation: Adjusting for "Mobile Broadnad Settings" are grey and connot adusted.
