R7300 DST, QOS, Automatically update performance optimization database fails
Is there a setting that I need to change to get the QOS database update to work? When I click "Update Now" to check for new data it returns
"Attempting to connect to Netgear Server. Please Wait..." --
Then it returns:
| A New Detection Database is Found. Do You Want to Upgrade to the New Version Now? | |
| Current Detection Database Version: | v1.46 |
| New Detection Database Version: | v1.80 |
Clicking on "YES" the router says Attempting to connect to Netgear Server. Please Wait... -- It flashes once (statement goes away - then returns to same "Attempting to connect to Netgear Server. Please Wait...") -- Then it says could not download database and I get the "Database could not be downloaded from the NETGEAR server. Please check your Internet connection." error message
Do I need to change a setting to get this to work?

I am having the same problem updating the QoS database on my R7300 with V1.0.0.46_1.0.13. I would like to try the beta firmware as well.

Received it.
1. Upgraded to the QOS database FW
2. Updated database after FW upgrade
3. Upgraded to current latest FW..
All done. Thankd i am looking for the beta software to fix this problem

Thanks and excuse my ignorance; how do I apply the file after I download it. I'm on QOS v1.46,1.0.26 and Firmware 1.0.0.46_1.0.13
- Success, but I only see WMM tab. Where do I enable upstream QoS for my Xbox one?
I was expecting to see downstream QoS and upstream QoS tabs. R7300 - Performance Optimization Database Upgrade issue - same as all the other guys.
Will not update despite the tease.
