R7450 devices do not recognize router
My ISP (Spectrum) equipment recognizes the new router but my devices do not. Also in Nighthawk app the set up does not recognize the QR code’s on back of the router. How do I get my wi-fi up and running?

what modem do you have it connected to?
You can connect a pc/laptop to it via ethernet and go through setup that route. Have you tried that method?
- Modem supplied by Spectrum, & they confirm their connections see the Router as available. My laptop does not have Ethernet cord port so that is not an option.
the label on the router should show the default ssid/password you can use for setup.
You can also try factory resetting it in case someone else already set it up.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
