R7850 missing Wireless Bridge mode
AT&T decided to cut off my landline. They politely sent a letter stating that disconnect was scheduled for the end of October. And they've stopped providing repair service on landlines.
In doing so, they also cutoff internet access. Nice guys, eh?
I have a Starlink router in a nearby building, but it doesn't support ethernet. So I need to get my ethernet network bridged to the Starlink WiFi. The R7850 user manual documents how to configure the router for bridge mode. However, "Wireless Bridge" does not exist in the Advanced -> Advanced Setup menu.
I'm running Firmware V1.0.5.84 - the latest for this unit.
Has anyone been able to get this model router into bridge mode?
Thanks,

If you're waiting to make it a wireless access point all you have to do is turn off the dhcp and connect one of those 4 LAN ports to the starlink router and you'll have the r7850s wifi working with that system. You won't be able to use the LAN ports as ethernet ports though which is what I think you're trying to do.

IF it had it it may have been in early FW versions, maybe. I've never had this particular model however have a R7800 which I can only presume maybe similar in nature. It had bridge mode at one point but was removed later on. Not sure why.
Also the 78xx series is EoL so you might want to find something that supports wireless bridge mode and has a ethernet port on it.
I know my RAX120 and RAXE500 support wireless bridge mode as I've used them many times in that mode.
