R8000 x6 signal strength contunouslyu dropping
I experience a lot of troubles with my R8000 router. Devices lossing connection; the router often does nt show all connected devices (some device that are working properly are not listed), mostly one the 2.4Ghz band.
When I look at a wifi analyzer I can see a string signal for my network GreefhorstR8000 but when I keep looking at it, at least one time per minute I can see the signal string dropping to very low. The router was in the same room at 14 ft distance.
I allready performed a factory reset, but that did not resolved the problems.
I have about 25 devices connected, among them 5 IP-cams and 4 chromecasts. I expect that the R8000 should be strong enough to handle those.
Does anyone has an idee of what can cause these drops in signal strength?

What firmware version do you have on the router?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.- PaulGreefhorstAspirant

How?
If you just turned off the wifi, that does not disable the router.
