R8000P router disconnecting on laptop

Hello, I have recently bought a new R8000P router it keep disconnecting on my laptop once it is connected it disconnects again and again. I don't know what to do

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Be sure the laptops wifi and ethernet adapter drivers are up to date.

     

    Is Smart Connect, Beamforming, MIMO and 40Mhz only enabled? 

     

     

     

    What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
    Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

      Firmware Version 1.0.4.120 is currently loading, I already updated the Ethernet adapter drivers on my laptop but I'm still facing this issue.
