R9000 Port Forward Issue w/ Game Servers

In short, I have tried for many months on and off to get port forwarding working for game servers like Minecraft, Garrys Mod, and Unturned but it has never seemed to work.

Things ive done:

- I have properly set the ports in the port forwarding section(my computer ends in .24 for the IPV4, also not sure if I need to censor IP but I did just in case)

- I have tried enabling DMZ to my IPV4 address ending in .24 with no luck
- I have had the server running every time I test on canyouseeme.org
- I saw a netgear video to have a LAN setup to my PC, but ive never heard of any other tutorial mentioning this

- Firewall settings have the Ports allowed and i know that is setup correctly because my brother's pc was able to connect to the GMod server on the local network so the firewall isnt the problem(unless im missing something)
- Both firewall and router port forwarding are set to TDP/UDP

- My computer's IP stays the same every time i turn it off and on so its static

I have tried and tried but ive hit rock bottom. I really do not know what is going on and I need to figure it out soon because I am planning on having a home server set up. If you need any more information I will gladly share. Thank you.
