Greygoose... the link you posted ref. MTU is a GREAT article... it helped me understand why the 1400 may have worked for me... if I wanted to do so... I could do the "ping" testing and determine what my optimum MTU is... but if my R7000 stays up and running at 1400 and I see no degradation on any of my wired/wireless devices at home... I'm good... but thanks for the link... very informative... :)
