READYSHARE options keeps giving blank pages, can't change add folders

READYSHARE options keeps giving blank pages, can't change add folders. I have the newest firmware version 1.0.2.32 on a Nighthawk(R) X4S R7800.  Other people had similar the same problem in the past and the solution sugested was to format the HD with NTFS but my usb HD has been NTFS to begin with.

The problem is inconsistent.  Some times it gives me a blank/gray screen when I click Advanced Settings and sometimes it gives me the correct options.  However, when I get the options if I click to make a new folder it gives me a small blank window and stalls.  I've been at it for hours.

Everything was working at first but then I deleted a folder and I was not able to use the feature again. 08/10/2017 Thanks

    Hi WildAndes,

    Have tried a different computer?

If still the same with other computer, you can try o reset the router.

What, exactly, are you doing?  Using a Web browser to talk to the
    router's Web interface?

I don't see an "Advanced Settings" page on my D7000.  How, exactly,
do you get to this?  Is there a particular action which causes the
    failure?

If you're using a Web browser, and it hangs/stalls, what happens if
you open a new Web browser window and try to create a second session
with the router?  (If you're not using a Web browser, then what are you
    doing?)

I used a web browser to communicate with the router. Both wireless and wired.  I tried using Chrome and Edge with the same results. The browser does not stall the gui just gives me a small blank window with no options or when it does give me options the accept botton does nothing when I click on it.  I am not the only person this has been happening to.  I read a closed case in which the person descrives the exact same thing happening to him.
