reset remote
Trying to reset router remotely.
I have password but when I enter admin and the password it takes me to a screen asking for the router serial number not to a reset option.
I dont have the serial # at remote site to enter.
Help please.

when I use app on my phone on T-Mobil it says R7000 Disconnected and list serial #

"Trying" _how_, exactly? Why? Did it stop working properly?

doing, from what, where, connected to what, how?Generally, these routers ask for a serial number as part of a
password-recovery scheme (which does not always work). Which suggests
that you're providing a bad password.
