strange message

when I open a web page it pauses briefly and says "cant reach page" check your network connection, but then it opens up? I have upgraded my firmware. I have the Netgear Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Model R8000

    1. what modem do you have? 

    2. what firmware (not the latest) is installed?

    3. have you enabled IPv6? If not, enable it

      Modem is a Fiber Optic Intertex provided by Metronet

      Firmware is V1.0.4.84

      IPV6 is enabled

        Try a factory reset. 

        If that doesn't help, try rolling back the firmware a version. we seen a lot of dns issues on that version
