This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative

Hello! I bought a refurbished Nightawk router, and when I tried to register my product I saw the message: This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative. I would like to register the product to receive in the future more news about it. What should I do? Can I give you the serial number of the device? It is posible to register my product if it was refurbished?

    Hi ccovidiu,

     

    If you happen to know the previous owner of the device then you may ask them to contact support and remove the device under their name. If not, contact support and provide the proof of purchase.

        I know the previous owner of the device and I've asked him to contact support and remove the device under his name. After that I'll try to register the product again.Thank you!
