Unable to share an available network folder

Router: Nighthawk R7000

Hardware Version : R7000

Firmware Version: V1.0.7.12_1.2.5

GUI Language Version: V1.0.7.12_2.1.38.2

 

I plug in my USB drive, the router recognizes the drive but I am unable to SHARE the drive or Create Network Folder.

 

I have tried several USB drives, and get same results
