As soon as I connect the switch to the router the internet service from the wifi stops working

Benvenuto nella Community NETGEAR Italia.
Può accedere ad Internet tramite LAN con un pc collegato allo switch?Lo switch ha un IP fisso? E' possibile che ci sia un conflitto di indirizzi IP o un loop nella rete.
Ha provato a resettare lo switch alle impostazioni di fabbrica ed aggiornare il firmware.
