BR 500 Instant VPN ended since recent firmware upgrade

Hello,
I had 3 BR 500 routers setup with the instant VPN which worked fine and required no knowledge of VPN office to office connections. After the the clod no longer connected to routers Netgear released a new firmware update that I applied. After that they connected to the on-site cloud however the VPNs I had setup no longer connected up. Next I got a message my subscription expired previous month or so and I need to renew. I clicked on buy and paid. No changes after that and same message. When I first create a VPN group after deleting existing group it says in-process. A day later same thing and next day it says buy a subscription. I’m lost can’t contact support as product is end of life and even if possible don’t want to pay for any support. I am guessing I will have to dispute charges as they did nothing if this cannot be resolved. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
