What FW version are you using?
Is IPv6 and Protection Engine enabled on the router?
Is Smart Connect enabled? Try SC disabled and connect to the 5 or 6Ghz radio.
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
MLO isn't currently supported on RS series routers. Industry known issues with MLO currenlty. NG is aware. No idea when MLO will be forth coming.

Firmware 441596, Protection Engine=on, IPv6=off. I have the problem when using my pixel 9, which connects to 6hz. When I plug a cat5-usb dongle into the phone and run the connection using the wire, no issues. When I fall back to using my pixel 5, it connects to 5hz and no issues. I have the router connected to a TDS fiber modem, I would have to dig up the model number, but I have a hard time believing that is the issue because all wired connections work fine.
