BE 19000 RS 700 router latency
Few months back my latency was very good like 12 ms. Now it's like 30ms or higher when you do the speed test. Xfinity charged me 100 dollars and said it was my router that everything was fine on their end. I have the 1.2 gbps internet package. Also I don't see wifi 7. Also 90 percent wifi 6e never shows up when I'm 5 feet from it other times I get it in my game room 20 feet away. Any suggestions? I have current firmware

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Have you tested latency with a wired PC connected directly to the ISP modem/ONT?
Be sure you have WiFi 7 and 6Ghz supporting devices.
Is Protection Engine enabled on the router? Try disabling it.
If you're on cable with Comcast, there probably isn't much that you can do in terms of making the ping better other than making sure you're hardwired to the router. Switch over to fiber if you want better ping overall.
If you're not seeing WiFi 7, make sure your phone can actually support it.
