IOT device fails to communicate to cloud

Cannot get it to setup under 192.168.1.1 gateway, as the wireless in on the wrong ip address for this router?
Would pluging in the old router then using the "Epson Net config" to alter the ip address over to the right gateway and just pick 192.168.80.1 for printer would do, this is what I'm thinking of doing?
As we cannot use the wireless of this printer, and only can use via a usb cable.
