No devices showing
I have an Nighthawk X10 RS300 router and when I connect to it via the web on my computer, I see no devices. Anytime I click on a web menu choice that should show my connected devices, nothing shows. I have about 40 devices connected successfully, they just don't show in the web based interface. I know they are connected because I see all of them in the Nighthawk mobile app on my Iphone. Everything seems to work fine, no other issues other than no device visibility in the web based router computer interface.
Any thoughts, suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
Tried Google and it works fine, thanks, would not have thought that should make a difference.
thanks again,
Mike

I was having a problem with connected devices not showing up when I connected to my Router via the web based computer interface, solved by a different browser connection (thanks FURRYe38) I'm now having a different problem in that I have 43 connected devices, 40 wireless (most 2.4 Ghz) and three wired. Both my Iphone Nighthawk app and my computer/web interface are both showing about 30 of my wireless devices incorrectly as wired connections.
Sorry for being a pain hoping there is another "simple" answer.

I think I solved the problem. I have an TPLInk EAP110 v3 wireless outdoor access point, with an ethernet connection to my Nighthawk Tri Band WiFi 7 R300 router. I unplugged the TPLink and rebooted my router and everything now shows the correct connection type. I don't understand why, I could have set the TPLink up incorrectly, not sure.

Yes a AP with a ethernet connection will change the status of devices connected to it that is seen by the RS router.
Glad you got it all working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
Enjoy. 📡

What browser are you using?
Happpens with other browsers?
Try a different PC to see if issue follows?
What FW version is loaded on the router?

Also, just noticed that the same inaccurate connection type is displayed on my Nighthawk Iphone app.

Follow up: I was premature in my excitement, I see all my attached devices OK, but numerous devices indicate wired when in fact they are 2.4Ghz wireless.

Sorry, got it wrong, not an X10 but a Nighthawk Tri-Band WiFi 7 Router (RS300)
thanks,
